Bacardi the maker of white rum stakes claims as the rum of choice for the Mojito.  Bacardi best known as a producer of rums, including Bacardi Superior and Bacardi 151.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Part Bacardi Rum
3 Parts Club Soda
12 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime
1/2 Part Sugar

PREPARATION:

Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle. Add Bacardi, pour club soda, stir and top the drink off with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel. Kick back and enjoy!
